A note about PI agency security and legitimacy – The PI industry is rife with phony PI’s, unlicensed agencies, and dishonest and careless practices. For your own protection, be sure to only use licensed firms who employ licensed PI’s. In addition, ensure the firm carries the proper insurance. In Ontario the minimum allowable coverage is 2 million dollars in general liability. If you employ an uninsured firm and their error causes you any discord, you may be without civil legal options. Also, ask how the firm stores its files. Your personal information could be at risk.

Whether you choose to hire RPI or one of our competitors, ask to see licenses for the company and individual investigators, and ask for proof of insurance.

An RPI representative would be happy to meet with you and your management team for a free, no obligation consultation. Our fees are very competitive, and we will tailor any investigation to meet your budgetary requirements.
